Deleting an Order
- Allows you to delete any order even after payment has been received. Please be aware that deleting will prompt you to enter a password only if payment for the referenced order has been received. If the Order is still designated as an OPEN SALE or OPEN REFUND you do not have to enter a password to delete the Order.
Saving an Order to the database
- Permanently saves the Order information in the database and is ideal in case of a program failure or premature program closing. After each Order has been entered click [Save To Database] to permanently save your entry.
Refunding an Order
Go to specific Order
- Selects a specific Order to view, regardless of the status of that Order. Click [Go To a Specific Order] to view that Order.
Find an Order
- Causes Innova to search for and locate a specific Order in the database, via the customer name, Order Status, Order date, Appointment date or Referral date. Click [Find An Order] and fill in the relevant cells when prompted.
Print the Order receipt
- Prints a single Order receipt, several Order receipts or all Order receipts in the database.
