5.4 Order Service, Refunding an Order

How To Refund an Order

1. Click the [Refund an Order] button at the top of the Order Service window
2. The program will prompt you to enter the Order number, located at the top left corner of the Order Receipt. After entering the number click [OK]
3. Verify that the Order is the one you want to refund
4. A new Order will then be created with the status OPEN REFUND.
5. From this point enter the items to be refunded in the Order Details area
6. Click [Refund Now] when you have finished entering the items to be refunded
7. Select the tender(s) to be returned to the customer
