Two types of promotions can be redeemed towards an order: discounts and gift certificates.

Applying Discounts

Select "Discounts" from the [Use Promo] drop-down list
Choose the discount type
Optionally enter the discount ticket number or other identifying code
Click [Apply] to save the discount, or [Restore] to clear all discounts from the order
Click [Done]

Applying Gift Certificates

Click [Use Gift. Cert.]
Type in the certificate number in the text box. The gift certificate details will be displayed in the box below. If no details are shown, try re-typing the GC number. If the number is correct, then the certificate has already been redeemed or was not issued.
If GC number is not known, as in the case of certificates issued before using Innova, leave the text box blank
Click [Apply]
If the GC number was left blank you will be asked if you want to create an ORPHANED gift certificate. If so, fill in the information in the next two dialog windows.
Click [Done]
