If you are using Innova outside of the United States and are planning to receive US currency from your customers, you can set the rate of exchange from US Dollars to your native currency. In other words, how much one US Dollar is worth in your native currency.

To set the US Conversion Rate

Method 1: Type in the buy rate for US Dollars to your currency (cost in your denomination to buy one US Dollar) in the text box after "$ 1 USD=". Select your currency from the drop-down list. Don't worry if your currency is not listed. The currency named is only used for Method 2 and display purposes in the Payment Info window.
Method 2: Select your currency from the drop-down list. Click [Get It Online] to retrieve the latest exchange rate for that currency. You must have an available Internet connection to access the OMIT File Library.

The US currency exchange rate is used to convert payment amounts into US Dollars when your customer pays with US Dollars. For instance, if your customer wants to pay with US Dollars:


Total Due:   $ 100.00 Canadian Dollars (CAD)
 
Tender Used:   US Currency (USD)

Total Equivalant: $ 63.21 USD = $ 100.00 CAD at a 1.58 USD-to-CAD exchange rate.
