4.5 Maintenance, Room OrganizingIf your business schedules client appointments by room, such as with a dentist or opthamologist office, Innova is able to accommodate an office comprising of a maximum of ten rooms. The Rooms Feature allows you to modify the room names, select the type of service performed in a specific room, and set the room capacity (something ideal for spas).Although it is more efficient to designate a particular service to a specific room, rooms without an assigned service type are designated "Multipurpose Rooms". Ultimately, if you set all rooms to their maximum capacity, Innova can easily administer up to 100 customers at one time!
