Note that:

The program will not allow you to set a Start or End time outside of the company's Hours of Operation.

The program will not allow you to set a Start Time that is greater than the End Time.

There are two ways to set a Day Off. Either click on the [Day Off] button or set the Start Time equal to the End Time.
