4.1 Maintenance, Company SetupAfter registering your program, the Maintenance Service automatically opens to the Company Information Section.
fig. 4.1.1 Company InfoLogo Entering the company logo causes this logo to appear on gift certificate forms and at the top of mail-outs. Click [Browse] to locate the logo graphic file on your computer or your local network, or, if you know the location, type the path to the filename in the File field. Click [Clear] to remove the selected logo. Phone Numbers The area code entered in the phone number field is used throughout the program when a default area code is needed. Email Addresses The web site of the company is assumed from the domain of the main email address and is used to replace the Web Site macro in the Mailout Feature. If your company web site is different than the domain of the main email address, use a generic username with the proper domain. For instance:
