9.1 Birthday and Anniversary Log, Printing Mailouts

This window lists both the customers compiled in the BAL as well as the mailers available to print.

• Select the customers you wish to send a mailout to by clicking each one in the list individually or clicking [<< Select All]
• Choose the mailer from the "Mailout to Send" list. Non-applicable mailouts will be identified as "starting..." or "expired".
• Select or clear the "Print Company logo at the top" check box. This setting will be ignored if no logo is present. If you choose to print a Mailing Label instead of a mailout, this check box will be disabled.
• Click [Print Mailout(s)] when ready, or [Return to Log] to review/refresh

Note: Mailouts follow the rules and format specified in the Maintenance Service, under Promotional Tools.

Note: Mailing Labels are preset to print only the customer's name, address, city, state/province, country and zip/post codes. Selecting this option will override the mailout.
