8.1. Gift Certificate Service, Other Certificate Tools

• Deletes an ORPHANED gift certificate only. Please be aware that deleting will prompt you to enter a password. To undo a purchased/outstanding certificate, refund the purchased order.

Saving a gift certificate to the database

• Permanently saves the gift certificate information in the database and is ideal in case of a program failure or premature program closing.

Go to specific gift certificate

• Selects a specific gift certificate to view.

Find a gift certificate

• Causes Innova to search for and locate a specific gift certificate in the database depending on certain criteria.

Print the current or all gift certificate records

• Prints the current gift certificate record or all records.

Print the current certificate form

• Prints the receipt form version of the gift certificate (what is given to the customer)
