7.4. Product Service, Pricing and Discounting

To price a product/service

1. Enter the price in the text box
2. Save the item to the database, or close the window or change records
3. Prices must be between 1 cent and 9,999 dollars.

To set a discount

• Enter either the price to discount the product by or the percent markdown.

Taxes

Innova recognizes two separate tax systems, labeled "Tax 1" and "Tax 2". Most users choose Tax 1 to be the provincial/state tax, while Tax 2 represents the Federal tax. Select which one you want to charge when purchasing the product/treatment.

If you use the above tax representation, remember to always select Tax 2 so Federal tax is charged.
