5.2. Order Service, Setting Appointments

To Set an Appointment

1. Select the "Appointment" tab
2. Enter the proposed date of the appointment or select it using the Calendar tool. This date is only an entry-point for the Appointment Scheduler subsystem. You can adjust it once you get to the Appointment Scheduler. Just be approximate.
3. Type any comments about the appointment in the "Comments" field.
4. Click [Set] to open the Appointment Scheduler Service.

Unlike most business managment programs, Innova allocates services individually to the appointment. This way your customer can:

• set partial appointments
• split the appointment across several days
• assign each service to a different esthetician
• pull or move services from the appointment
• rebook separate services or the entire appointment
