4.3 Maintenance, Employee Records

By clicking on the Employee Section tab in the Maintenance window you can enter the employee information for your company. Each employee will have a dedicated record that includes their Social Insurance Number, their biographical information, and their dedicated employee number and access privileges.

  • Click on the [Add New Employee] button at the top of the window to begin a new record
  • Begin entering the Employee information in the fields provided
  • Once you have completed the entry you may add another employee, [Go To another Employee Record], or [Delete an Employee Record]
  • You may print one or all Employee Records by clicking on the [Print Records] button

Entries may be automatically capitalized for your convenience. Also, you may enter the treatment type performed by each employee. Service categories are created in the Products and Services Entry Service window.
