11. Internal Product RequisitionThis Service is useful for recording products used by your business for dispensed services (such as tongue depressors in a dentist office). To find this Service go to Tools > Internal Product Requisition or press CTRL+E. The Internal Product Requisition window will appear where you can specify the products you are consuming during normal day-to-day business operations.
Adding a New Request
The program also assigns the current date to the Request. Unlike the Order Service, this field cannot be manipulated. As well, the program allows you to enter the employee making the request (if it someone other than the Administrator or Office Manager). You can enter the Employee Number manually or select it from the drop-down list provided. The Details section enables you to select the products that you wish to put on the requisition. Select the Product field and a drop-down list of all products currently in stock will appear. Click on the product you wish to place on order. At this time you may also change the quantity of the product you wish to order. By default the program assumes you wish to only order one product at a time. Continue this method for each product you wish to use internally. Deleting a Request You may delete any Product Request, including the current Request.
