10. ReportingThis chapter describes how to customize and view the different types of Reports available to you, the user. Innova is furnished with 20 different Report types. These Report types are grouped into six divisions: Scheduling, Products, Transactions, Customers, Sales and Gift Certificates.
fig. 10.1 Scheduler reportFYI: Most companies find that the Frequency, Purchase History, Referral History, Popularity and Productivity reports are the most valuable for accounting purposes. To access the Report Service, click on the [Reports] button at the top of the Work Area. A drop-down list will appear in which you can select the type of Report you wish to view or modify.
