9 Birthday and Anniversary Log

The Birthday and Anniversary Log (BAL) is actually an offset of the Synchronizer Service. Its function is to locate customers with birthdays or anniversaries within the search range. Using the results, the user can print mailouts for the selected customers.

To search for customers by birthday

Under "Birthdays Coming Up":

  1. Enter the number of days in the future to check.
  2. Click [Compile]
  3. Results appear in the drop-down list

To search for customers by anniversary

Under "Anniversaries Coming Up":

  • Enter the number of days in the future to check.
  • Click [Compile]
  • Results appear in the drop-down list

    To search for customers who have had a birthday/anniversary recently

    Under "Historical Report":

    1. Enter the number of days in the past to check.
    2. Click [Compile]
    3. Results appear in the drop-down lists

    Viewing a customer record

    1. Select the customer from any of the lists
    2. Click [View Customer]

    Printing the report(s)

    • Click [Print Report] on the toolbar or at the bottom of the window.

    Modifying Synchronization periods

    • To change the Synchronization rules, click [Modify] and enter your password.
